Who We Are

Sierra Medical Center was founded by the late Dr. Manuel A. Sierra in 1978. Dr. Sierra specialized in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He thrived on providing the best care to his community. The clinic remains family-owned and is known for treating their patients as “family” and making the clinic feel like a welcoming home. Currently, Dr. Genibert Perez- Puelles, is our Primary Care Physician.
